Eric Fried b3e195041d Add use_cache kwarg to get_info ... Nova has changed the interface of the ComputeDriver.get_info method [1], adding a use_cache kwarg. The change preserves backward compatibility, but that's removed in Stein [2]. This patch changes the signature of PowerVMDriver.get_info to match.
