This adds a few more things to the upgrade checks reference docs after getting questions about it during the Stein release goal implementation from other project teams: 1. Notes the high level set of steps for upgrading nova in grenade and where nova-status fits into that sequence. 2. Links to the oslo.upgradecheck library which didn't exist when the original document was written. 3. Adds a FAQs section with Q&A for several things that have come up during the Stein release goal. In the unfortunate event that bugs are discovered, they should be reported to the appropriate bug tracker. If you obtained the software from a 3rd party operating system vendor, it is often wise to use their own bug tracker for reporting problems. In all other cases use the master OpenStack bug tracker, available at:
Developers
For information on how to contribute to Nova, please see the contents of the CONTRIBUTING.rst.
Any new code must follow the development guidelines detailed in the HACKING.rst file, and pass all unit tests.
