Dustin Cowles 3667af6cd1 Provider Config File: YAML file loading and schema validation ... This series implements the referenced blueprint to allow for specifying custom resource provider traits and inventories via yaml config files. This first commit includes schema version 1.0 and functions to load and validate against that schema. Since this patch, package ddt>=1.2.1 is required to run tests.
