Remove outdated/incorrect certificate advice
This was from when we thought Anchor was the future of our internal cert authority configuration. Self-signed certs are perfectly acceptable for production deployments. Change-Id: I5351a3bc4f1d80846ecbc7e1a77a47d9b91d7de7
