Damian Dabrowski 59f04a63c5 Remove security.txt parts 
Keystone is no longer responsible for storing and serving security.txt
file. It is now fully handled by haproxy.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 by default.
