Fix UEFI boot support
UEFI booting support was removed on Debian/Ubuntu was broken by the removal of ovmf and qemu-efi package installs during a package list cleanup[1]. It looks like suse/redhat did not reecive the same cleanup effects, as the UEFI bootloader packages are still installed there, so no fix is needed on those OS families.
