Paul Belanger f253c51d39 Add container_user to SSH connection plugin ... This exposes the container_user setting to an operator and allows them to override it. This is helpful when you want to use 2 different username for your physical_host user and container user. Today if the physical_host user is root, the container user will always be root too.
