Darla Ahlert b3781eabd9 Testing updated Kube and Helm Versions 
The gate has been failing due to the outdated Kube
and Helm versions. Updating to get the gate working
again and to match OpenStack-Helm.

Openstack-Helm-Addons

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Addons is to provide charts for services to enhance or provide additional features for the charts in OpenStack-Helm.

For more information, please refer to the OpenStack-Helm repository.
