Add openstack-info role 
This creates a role to display network information about the zuul
worker node.

OpenStack Infra Zuul roles

This repo contains a set of ansible roles which are used by the OpenStack project CI system Zuul. You should edit these files to make configuration changes to OpenStack Infrastructure CI.
