Update git submodules 

* Update sushy from branch 'master'
  - Introduce default value for `transfer_protocol` parameter
    
    These changes update `simple_update()`.
    According to [1], "If transfer_protocol parameter is not provided,
    the Update Service shall use HTTP to retrieve the image."
