Update git submodules 

* Update trove from branch 'master'
  to a2775ec2aa459a0275ac86180ce0f091ca8ad384
  - Merge "Get rid of nose and Proboscis"
  - Get rid of nose and Proboscis
    
    they are not maintained for a long time, and trove already switch
    the tests to templest.
    This commit removes the usage of them. more details see story.
