Update git submodules 

* Update tripleo-docs from branch 'master'
  - Set GlanceBackendID to correct backend name for each stack
    
    Glance requires the same backend config to be set for all api instances.
    If GlanceBackendID is not set then the local backend at each site will be
    named "default_backend".
    E.g at dcn1 site the local backend is named "default_backend" and the central
    backend is named "central". Meanwhile at central site the local backend is
    named "default_backend" while the dcn1 backend is name "dcn1".
