  to 690285bad77bcddb29a9b43182c2dcbd344f28e5
  - Merge "Add a script to prepare the next cycle"
  - Add a script to prepare the next cycle
    
    Running tox -eprepare-next-cycle will apply all necessary changes, only
    requiring that the user review and commit the changes.
