Update git submodules 

* Update charm-openstack-dashboard from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Use common ApacheSSLContext"
  - Use common ApacheSSLContext
    
    Remove the custom ApacheSSLContext class and use the common
    one from ``charmhelpers.contrib.openstack`` instead.
    
    Update ``default-ssl`` template so we can make use of multiple
    endpoints with SNI.
    
    Sync required changes to charm-helpers.
