Update git submodules 

* Update openstack-ansible-os_nova from branch 'master'
  to 47007578b164287c5bbbf425222cd8a53a37a306
  - Install libvirt-deamon for RHEL systems
    
    CentOS has upgraded their libivrt to version 9.3, where libvirt-daemon
    is not installed as a dependency anymore. So we need to explicitly
    isntall this package to restore functionality.
