Update git submodules 

* Update nova-specs from branch 'master'
  to 2cc7d78d7f0f3dcf6bd93afd1e10b76f3848bc82
  - libvirt: Allow Manila shares to be directly attached to instances
    
    Manila is the OpenStack Shared Filesystems service. This spec will
    outline API, database, compute and libvirt driver changes required in
    Nova to allow the shares provided by Manila to be associated with and
    attached to instances.
