    Dell EMC ScaleIO has been rebranded to VxFlex OS.
    To follow this changes "scaleio" protocol renamed to "vxflexos",
    "ScaleIOConnector" class renamed to "VxFlexOsConnector".
    Old names will continue to work but will be removed in the Train
    release.
