Lajos Katona 7f2805e95f Random names for functional tests ... In case of parallel execution random failures can happen due to name collision. The tempest-lib uses random names. One alternative is to add tempest-lib as test dependency to osc-plugin and use tempest.lib.common.utils.data_utils.rand_name, the other is to use random generated names in all cases.
