dekehn 6a8ef57dc7 Update metadata in setup.cfg 
we are using some "aliases" that the setuptools docs say
"are supported for compatibility reasons" but their use
is not advised[1].

Python bindings to the Designate API

Latest Version

This is a client library for Designate built on the Designate API. It provides a Python API (the designateclient module) and a command-line tool (designate).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
