ZhaoBo a2dfe7c0ea Add new options to HealthMonitor CLI 
This patch adds 2 options into HealthMonitor CLI.
They are '--http-version' and '--domain-name'.

'--http-version' can be 1.0 or 1.1
'--domain-name' is a valid domain name string.

And the '--domain-name' option will be just avaliable when http version
is 1.1, otherwise the server side will raise ClientError.

Octavia client for OpenStack Load Balancing

This is an OpenStack Client (OSC) plugin for Octavia, an OpenStack Load Balancing project.

Getting Started

Note

This is an OpenStack Client plugin. The python-openstackclient project should be installed to use this plugin.

Octavia client can be installed from PyPI using pip:

pip install python-octaviaclient

If you want to make changes to the Octavia client for testing and contribution, make any changes and then run:

python setup.py develop

or:

pip install -e .
