Thomas Bechtold 79fc3575bd Show open reviews on gerrit for projects 
When listing the status for the different projects,
also show the open reviews. This is useful to find similar
reviews for a given project.

RPM Packaging for OpenStack (Tools) README

RPM packaging for OpenStack provides RPM spec file templates and tooling for building OpenStack packages for RPM based distributions.

RPM packaging for OpenStack is distributed under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0. The full terms and conditions of this license are detailed in the LICENSE file.

In the unfortunate event that bugs are discovered, they should be reported to the appropriate bug tracker.
