Changes the values for the constants ``HEALTH_STATE_ENABLED``,
``HEALTH_STATE_DISABLED``, ``HEALTH_OK``, ``HEALTH_WARNING``
and ``HEALTH_CRITICAL``. These could be correctly used
with their mapped values in mappings.py.
