Ivan Kolodyazhny 8d710fc861 Remove deprecated and unused 'login_url' config option 
This opiton was deprecated more than three years ago so it's safe to
remove it.

Tempest Plugin for Horizon tests

Using

Install this plugin in the same python environment as tempest.

In tempest directory, run:

stestr run tempest_horizon.tests.scenario.test_dashboard_basic_ops.TestDashboardBasicOps
