Code Issues Proposed changes

Remove log_path parameter so it can be only set by the constructor 

This parameter was deprecates, this patch clean the log path parameter
in the ValidationAction function.

Change-Id: I92bc1bdc7341308fd1989f78601e491f72f9bf6c
