Patch Set 2:

I think this patch will fix the issue getting devstack with manila and glusterfs plugins to run successfully with Xenial.

Jenkins shows failures for gluster native both with trusty and xenial, but (a) they are in tempest, after devstack has come up successfuly, and (b) they have the same signature [1] as we see with trusty glusterfs native without this patch, as illustrated in this no-change review [2].  I suspect recent snapshot capability patches as a cause, but in any case we'll need to deal with that issue separately.
