Goutham Pratapa 69223a78f9 Add resource_sync_id column in resource_sync table. ... Currently in Kingbird there is no id for each resource which is being synced into multiple regions. But with the help of this resource_sync_id user can keep a track of all the resource which are binded to a given sync job. Remaining changes are to enhance kingbird. Added Test cases for the same.
