Patch Set 3:

Moving the variables seems fine to me.

This latest version still fails when I try to run "vagrant up" with this patch and after doing "ansible-galaxy install -r requirements.yml -p ./roles -f" with the smoke test failing. Looks like the monasca api and the monasca log api are using the same port.

Please make sure "vagrant up" works with any changes you make. You also might want to look at adding testing to the smoke test so that it tests the monasca log api as well. The smoke test's job is to ensure that monasca server components are working at a minimal level. It tests everything but the UI.
