Ade Lee db3da24c61 Fix managed service tests 
Tests can get confused if one test fails to clean up
properly, or if the tests are run in parallel.  To help resolve
this, the managed service entry is set to be different for different
tests.

Tempest Integration of Novajoin

This project defines a tempest plugin containing tests used to verify the functionality of a novajoin installation. The plugin will automatically load these tests into tempest.

Dependencies

The novajoin_tempest_plugin tests the novajoin API, which requires the existence of an IPA server.
