Alfredo Moralejo c68b79943c Add OS_REGION_NAME when keystone api is >= 2 in rc file ... Currently, OS_REGION_NAME is in keystone_admin rc file only when keystone api is < 3. This is incorrect as region name is also meaningful in newer versions and needed in some cases as shown in [1].
