Bryan Strassner 8a544cdd7f [fix] Update action creation to a valid function ... The configdocs_helper was being referenced by the actions_api module improperly - non-existent function. Changed to point to a real function and updated the get_revision_id to be public in the configdocs_helper since it's needed outside of the helper module.
