This bug was present in the older version of libvirt present on Xenial.
In the gate we have upgraded libvirt via Ubuntu Cloud Archive and this
bug no longer shows up. I don't think we need to keep tracking it since
we've done that upgrade.

We have seen in the gate what it looks like a slightly different
incarnation of the same issue, so updating the signature to include
it as well.
