Status: Remove use of deprecated jQuery jqXHR `complete` method 

This has been deprecated for a long time, and was removed in
jQuery 3.0 per <https://api.jquery.com/jQuery.ajax/#jqXHR>

jqXHR.always() has been available since jQuery 1.6.
