the Identity v2.0 APIs deprecated within keystone, but the follow-on
table of contents that references it was not updated. So one shows
CURRENT and the followed link shows DEPRECATED.
This patch updates the table of contents to properly show DEPRECATED
for the v2.0 APIs.

The Orchestration APIs are now managed by the heat team in
openstack/heat respository. This patch removes the obsoleted version to
avoid confusion and/or inconsistency.

The Clustering API will be managed by the senlin team in the
openstack/senlin repository. This patch removes the old files to avoid
confusion/inconsistency.

The api-ref docs in the ironic tree are more up to date, and should be
linked to instead of the existing wadl docs. Redirect all requests for
these docs into the new location.
Additionally, remove the outdated, incorrect WADL based docs from the
tree.

cinder tree. So, removing them from api-site tree.

Removed oauth1 as an extension and moved it to a core resource.
