Nicolas Pochet cce9b08f04 Replace keystone reference by neutron-api 
There was a typo in the file. It was mentioning keystone instead
of neutron-api.

James Page 7eac81a36e Remove deploy from source support 
Drop support for deployment from Git repositories, as deprecated
in the 17.02 charm release.  This feature is unmaintained and has
no known users.

Liam Young 9be47125b5 Add pause/resume actions and sync charm-helpers 
Adds pause and resume unit to the charm such that the
charm stays paused during maintenance operations.
