Append nas_opts to IBMNAS_NFSDriver configuration
'nas_opts' were added in the NFS Driver (nfs.py), but were not appended
to the IBMNAS driver configuration, causing failure with the multi-backend
configuration of driver.
Adding the missing configuration.
