Miguel Lavalle 75c3367a9a Sample configuration file for networking 
This commit creates a sample configuration file for networking. This will also
enable the configuration of a .opencafe/config/networking directory for the
user when cloudcafe is installed

Priyanka Agrawal ec41e13a56 Removed event_id property from config 
Event_id was used in some of the stacktach smoke tests,
but it was very cumbersome to keep updating the event_id every
month as the data gets purged after 30 days. Hence, removing it
from here & updated tests with a new method

Charles Kimpolo 22553625e9 Image(s) Schema Properties. 
Additional properties to image configuration for accessing image(s) schema data.

Added 'image_schema_json' and 'images_schema_json' properties to images config.
Updated image reference configs 'reference.json.config' to reflect the above changes.

sw00 f7e70a2125 Clean up ConfigParser and reference configs 
Some much overdue edits to the Images configuration and additional
features/properties.

- Add `test_image`, `test_disk_format`, `test_container_format` property to images config.
- Add `[images_admin_user]` config section.
- Remove unused config sections/properties.
- Update reference configs.

Priyanka Agrawal 838c58f1f5 Added misc section in config.py to get the serializer and deserializer value while instantiating client. 
Modified misc section to be marshalling in default.config as well as in config.py so that its consistent across products.

jfwood d221afd512 Update CloudCAFE test per API change, from cypher_type to mode 
The Barbican API was modified to change the secrets/orders resource's
'cypher_type' attributes to 'mode', to better align with the cypher
community.
