This repo is not properly retired. Retired repos can only have two files:

To cleanup the retirement of this repo, keeping these two files only and
removing the other remaining files if there is any.

Added follwing rake tasks:
* rake lint - ease use of foodcitric
* rake style - ease use of rubocop
* rake unit - ease use of rspec
All these rake tasks will make sure all the gem dependencies and cookbooks
are installed.
