Do not hardcode full path to ansible-paybook binary
Different software installation tools (e.g. `apt` and `pip`) save ansible-paybook binary file into different locations. So the full path to the binary can't be just hardcoded and we have to rely on a common shell lookup in $PATH instead. Change-Id: I367e78d7a376c1441d152584c88cd348430eed2a
