Replace "life cycle" with "lifecycle"
According to the word choice convention in http://docs.openstack.org/contributor-guide/writing-style/word-choice.html We should use "lifecycle" instead of "life cycle". Change-Id: I3e57c460acfad02ab9fde1bce96eed24a01898b6
