Andreas Jaeger	c2d591f9b1	Retire repository Fuel repositories are all retired in openstack namespace, retire remaining fuel repos in x namespace since they are unused now. Michal Skalski	60acf33d28	Tacker VNF plugin for Fuel This plugin install custom version of tacker which support SFC through OpenDaylight controller. Both tacker code and puppet module for installing tacker are fetch from repositories defined inside pre_build_hook file.
