Andreas Jaeger	b47e51b862	Retire repository ... Fuel (from openstack namespace) and fuel-ccp (in x namespace) repositories are unused and ready to retire. Ghanshyam	de52d4de37	Pass environment variables of proxy to tox ... When a development environment is under a proxy, tox is failed even if environment variables of the proxy are set.
