Jim Rollenhagen 8d899bd8f2 Revert "Update UPPER_CONSTRAINTS_FILE for stable/ocata" 
This reverts commit c608d845ea.

This should have happened on the stable/ocata branch, not master.

ironic_lib

Overview

A common library to be used exclusively by projects under the Ironic governance.

Running Tests

To run tests in virtualenvs (preferred):

$ sudo pip install tox
$ tox

To run tests in the current environment:

$ sudo pip install -r requirements.txt
$ nosetests
