Conformly to our procedure, this role has to be moved to
unmaintained. The introduction version was also fixed with the
date of creation.

We need to add openstack ansible information in the role
metadata to be able to track role maturity. With it,
we can create a role maturity table and take decisions about
role deprecations.
The role status isn't "complete" because no functional test
of the role has been implemented.
