Removed unnecessary note admonition
Removed unnecessary note admonition about disk partitioning in the Before You Begin section. Made note into a regular paragraph. Change-Id: I4c7a5a3d8479ffc31374e342cf81d4146f8c6e94 Closes-Bug: #1494559
