Prefer my personal E-mail address
The E-mail provider used by the openstack.org domain rejects messages failing DMARC checks, including many posts to popular mailing lists such as those on lists.openstack.org and the oss-security mailing list. Since I need to maintain subscriptions to any lists on which I'll post advisories to keep myself whitelisted, I'm going to switch to using the personal E-mail address I use for all my other OpenStack-facing work (so that the contact address published here for me remains consistent with the one I'm using to author and send advisories going forward). The OpenPGP key listed for me here already had a UID for this address, so no change to the key is needed. Change-Id: I8f716fdbf2ffbe70210d14c1749cbb9caaa0282d
