Move partition handling to overcloud-partition / overcloud-partition-uefi as whole-disk images with kernel-rt would be impossible to create due to dependencies between kernel-rt and kdump/kexec-tools. Yolanda Robla	a1d4c352a2	Add overcloud-secure-uefi element ... This is the equivalent of the overcloud-secure element, but is defined to generate images that are capable to boot from UEFI.
