According to https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch04.html#guestadd-pagefusion :
VirtualBox supports Page Fusion only on 64-bit hosts, and it is not
supported on Mac OS X hosts. Page Fusion currently works only with
Windows guests (2000 and later).

Comment the variable CONFIG_HEAT_AUTH_ENC_KEY
...
To use the default value for CONFIG_HEAT_AUTH_ENC_KEY it is necessary
to comment the variable CONFIG_HEAT_AUTH_ENC_KEY. Using an empty
value to force the default value is not working like expected.
