Billy Olsen 6034ca406a Sync charm-helpers 
Sync charm-helpers to pick up the updated InternalEndpointsContext
which removes the need to provide a package.

This essentially reverts commit 005c548a in favor of an alternative
approach to selecting volume catalog endpoint information.

Overview

This charm provides the Ceilometer Compute Agent for OpenStack. It must be deployed in each nova-compute node. See Ceilometer charm (lp:~yolanda.robla/charms/precise/ceilometer/trunk) for usage details.
