Corey Bryant e4d2334e91 Sync charm-helpers and corresponding amulet update ... The amulet tests now explicitly specify the pymysql driver for the mysql sqlalchemy dialect. The sqlalchemy package has switched back to using mysqldb as the default driver for the mysql dialect in Ubuntu Disco (Stein) and charm-helpers has been updated accordingly to maintain the same behavior.
