Billy Olsen 35a78a0496 Configure notifications to be unversioned ... Beginning in the Pike release, Nova started sending both versioned and unversioned notifications. The verioned notification queues do not have any consumers so this causes some queues to fill up until either the messages expire or they are flushed.
